Training Coordinator – Academy (Tamheer Program)

About the role

The Training Coordinator Trainee will join the Academy team in Riyadh, supporting the planning and delivery of training programmes under the Tamheer Program. This entry‑level role offers fresh graduates hands‑on experience in training operations, client communication and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide information on training services.
• Assist in scheduling training sessions, registering participants and handling logistics.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and related documentation under supervision.
• Coordinate with trainers on schedules, materials and session requirements.
• Maintain communication with participants before, during and after courses.
• Support classroom, virtual and e‑learning activities and keep training records up to date.
• Help compile attendance reports, feedback forms and evaluation results.
• Assist with certification processes, including exam coordination and certificate issuance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in administrative projects assigned by the Academy.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Eligible for the Saudi Tamheer Program.
• Strong interest in learning & development, training coordination or customer service.
• Previous internship, university project or volunteer experience is a plus.
