Training Manager – Human Resources

About the role

The Training Manager drives the company’s values and philosophy by ensuring that all training and development activities are aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, the role identifies employee and organizational development needs and delivers effective training programs that support business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs across product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership.
• Conduct needs assessments, design curricula, and facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness, monitor enrollment and attendance, and evaluate ROI through performance data and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure transfer of learning to the workplace and address performance gaps.
• Develop training plans and budgets that are strategically linked to the organization’s goals.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field + 2 years relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with trainer certification (no experience required).
• Certified trainer status.
