Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager drives the company’s values and philosophy by ensuring all training and development activities are aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, the role identifies employee and organisational development needs and delivers effective training to achieve business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee training programs, promote participation, and create a positive guest‑service atmosphere.
• Conduct needs assessments, design and develop both custom and corporate training curricula.
• Facilitate delivery of training sessions covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, guest satisfaction data, and performance metrics.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure transfer of learning to the workplace.
• Develop training program plans and budgets, linking all activities to the organization’s strategic goals.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of HR or training experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with a certified trainer qualification (no experience required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead guest‑hospitality initiatives and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and identify improvement areas.
