Training Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Training Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution and operational delivery of both internal employee programs and external client trainings. The role ensures high‑quality learning experiences and measurable performance improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of training operations for internal and external programs.
• Analyze workforce reports and business needs to identify training priorities.
• Coordinate with departments and clients to define requirements and develop implementation plans.
• Oversee field and operational delivery of all training initiatives.
• Monitor performance of training supervisors, specialists and trainers, ensuring schedule and content compliance.
• Resolve operational challenges in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Develop foundational onboarding programs for new employees and client organizations.
• Assess performance gaps and design programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Measure training impact on individual and team performance and report outcomes.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate delivery quality and support training teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Training or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in training management and learning operations.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and measure the impact of training initiatives.
