Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager

About the role

KPMG Saudi Arabia is looking for a highly motivated Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager to join its Tax Advisory team in Jeddah. You will support the delivery and management of transfer pricing engagements for multinational and local clients across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing engagements, including functional analyses, economic analyses, benchmarking studies, documentation, and policy development.
• Review benchmarking analyses and economic models prepared by junior team members.
• Oversee preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation such as Master File, Local File, and Country‑by‑Country Reporting.
• Provide advisory services on transfer pricing planning, value‑chain analysis, and dispute resolution.
• Offer technical guidance on Saudi ZATCA and GCC tax regulations and their interaction with transfer pricing frameworks.
• Act as primary client contact, managing communication, timelines, and expectations.
• Manage multi‑jurisdictional projects, coordinating with KPMG international offices when required.
• Ensure compliance with KPMG risk management protocols and ZATCA regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and Saudi ZATCA rules.
• Ability to lead complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and managing client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
