Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Riyadh, with experience in corporate travel agencies or travel management companies, and strong proficiency in GDS platforms, particularly Sabre. As a Travel Consultant, you will provide exceptional travel services to corporate clients, manage their itineraries, and ensure their travel needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
• Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel using the Tumodo platform and other tools, suggesting alternate routes, lowest fares, and appropriate booking classes.
• Manage ticket issuance, itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebooking, coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other providers to resolve disruptions promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new technologies, contributing to process improvements and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a corporate travel consultant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in GDS systems, especially Sabre (Amadeus or Galileo also acceptable).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in travel planning and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
