University Admissions Counsellor – Arabic (Full‑Time)

About the role

The University Admissions Counsellor will oversee the entire student application lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality, timely admissions services for international programmes. The role demands strong expertise in university admissions, student counselling, and visa processes, with fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct counselling and sales meetings with students and parents, providing customised higher‑education pathways.
• Review and edit personal statements, essays, CVs, and supporting documents.
• Guide students through offer acceptance, deposit payments, accommodation, and visa procedures.
• Prepare university shortlists based on academic profiles and preferences.
• Manage end‑to‑end application submissions via direct and partner portals, ensuring all documents are verified.
• Track application turnaround times, follow up with universities, and record outcomes in the CRM.
• Oversee visa documentation verification and assist students during visa application.
• Maintain daily reporting on application status and coordinate with the Operations Team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in international university admissions and student counselling.
• Strong knowledge of undergraduate and postgraduate application processes for the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
• Hands‑on experience with visa processes for international students.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
