Vehicle Processing Center Field Operator

About the role

The Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) at KAEC is seeking a dedicated Field Operator to manage hands‑on vehicle processing activities. You will ensure that each vehicle is received, inspected, cleaned, equipped, and dispatched safely and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate vehicle receiving and check‑in procedures.
• Carry out exterior car wash and interior cleaning.
• Insert owner’s manuals, warranty documents and other required items.
• Conduct GDS, interior and quality inspection checks.
• Assemble and install Port Installed Options (PIO) parts and accessories.
• Apply wrap guards and protective film as specified.
• Prepare, stage and load vehicles for shipment according to the daily schedule.
• Print and verify delivery notes/invoices, ensuring correct vehicle and destination details.
• Coordinate with transportation and logistics carriers for vehicle collection and loading.
• Scan vehicles, update status/tracking information, and report any damage or abnormalities.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards and adhere to all safety procedures.

Required profile

• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Open to candidates from any educational background.
• Previous experience in automotive, logistics, vehicle processing, warehouse or yard operations is preferred.
• Physically fit for outdoor fieldwork involving walking, standing, bending and repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to work in outdoor yard conditions, including heat, dust and changing weather.
