Vendor Management Specialist

About the role

The Vendor Management Specialist will oversee end‑to‑end vendor onboarding and lifecycle management for facilities and entertainment service providers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role works closely with internal teams to align vendor services with operational schedules and event requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors related to facilities management, events, entertainment production, and support services.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs to secure value for money and service excellence.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards, handling issue resolution and escalation.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, documentation, and contracts within approved systems.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and spend analysis for facilities and entertainment vendors.
• Utilize SAP Ariba for vendor onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and performance monitoring.
