Vendor Onboarding & Catalogue Executive

About the role

Eazli is seeking a Vendor Onboarding & Catalogue Executive to join the Vendor Success team. The role manages vendor onboarding and catalogue readiness after handover from the Vendor Acquisition team, ensuring data accuracy and smooth go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage vendors after handover from the Vendor Acquisition team.
• Review vendor documents and onboarding requirements.
• Audit raw vendor catalogues, identify missing or inaccurate information, and clean, structure, and transform product data into standardized templates.
• Use Excel and AI tools to improve catalogue preparation and quality.
• Ensure catalogue data complies with Eazli’s standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, Finance, Tech, and third‑party catalogue partners.
• Upload finalized catalogues to the Eazli platform and perform post‑upload quality assurance.
• Manage ongoing catalogue updates, including pricing, images, descriptions, and product information.
• Track vendor onboarding progress and escalate blockers when needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, marketplace operations, catalogue operations, vendor onboarding, or product data management.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams and manage multiple catalogues simultaneously.
• Strong written English skills and problem‑solving orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with AI tools for data cleaning, structuring, validation, or enrichment.
