Vice President, Investment Banking (Riyadh)

About the role

Lazard is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Riyadh financial advisory team. The role focuses on managing complex cross‑border M&A, restructuring and capital‑raising transactions for both public and private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute public and private deals, interacting directly with senior client executives.
• Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts, overseeing their development and daily activities.
• Support origination and business‑development initiatives, contributing to the growth of the Riyadh franchise.
• Prepare and review financial analyses, models, client presentations and marketing materials.
• Participate in recruitment and junior‑team management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of investment banking, corporate M&A or ECM experience at a Tier‑1 bank or advisory firm.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑player attitude with a strong motivation to foster a positive culture.
• Ability to operate in a demanding environment, showing initiative, creativity and maturity.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Based in Riyadh.
