Vice President of Operations – Logistics & Distribution

About the role

The Vice President of Operations will lead the end‑to‑end logistics network of a fast‑growing distribution platform serving FMCG, retail and e‑commerce clients across Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role sits on the executive team and drives operational excellence, cost efficiency and scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing, transportation, fleet management and last‑mile delivery across multiple hubs.
• Define and monitor performance metrics, KPIs and cost‑optimisation frameworks.
• Implement process standardisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead large, multi‑site operational teams and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Support expansion into new regions while maintaining service quality and margin control.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in logistics, distribution or large‑scale supply‑chain environments.
• Proven track record managing high‑volume, multi‑site operations.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or similarly complex markets is highly desirable.
• Strong change‑management and scaling capabilities.
