Villa Host Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Villa Host Supervisor leads the daily Villa Host team at SLS The Red Sea, ensuring every villa guest receives a seamless, highly personalized experience. Working closely with the Villa Operations Manager, you will coordinate villa readiness, VIP arrangements, and uphold the resort’s distinctive service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Villa Host operations and guarantee consistent delivery of luxury service.
• Allocate Villa Hosts according to arrivals, departures, VIP status, occupancy and operational needs.
• Conduct daily briefings to communicate guest preferences, VIP movements, special occasions and operational priorities.
• Coach and support Villa Hosts through on‑the‑job training, feedback and guidance.
• Monitor team performance, grooming standards and compliance with SLS service procedures.
• Review guest profiles and special requests before arrival to ensure appropriate preparation.
• Oversee pre‑arrival villa inspections, confirming cleanliness, amenities and readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) experience in luxury hospitality or villa operations.
• Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience in a high‑end service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest preferences simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
