About the role
We are looking for a motivated Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our global support team. This fully remote position allows you to work independently while delivering high‑quality service across phone, email and live‑chat channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
- Assist customers with basic technical or service‑related issues and guide them through solutions.
- Handle complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems and keep documentation up to date.
- Meet quality standards and productivity targets, participating in training and team meetings.
- Stay informed on product updates, policies, and procedures.
- Share feedback to improve customer experience and collaborate with remote teammates.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Adaptable to changing processes and priorities.
- Additional languages are a plus.
