Virtual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our global support team as Virtual Customer Service Representatives. This fully remote position allows you to work independently while delivering high‑quality service across phone, email and live‑chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate product, service and policy information.
• Assist customers with basic technical or service‑related issues and guide them through solutions.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges and service requests efficiently while maintaining up‑to‑date records in CRM systems.
• Handle complaints with patience, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Meet quality standards and productivity targets, and participate in training and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure and work independently.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and adaptable to changing processes.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
