Waiter – Hotel Room Service

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Waiter and play a key part in delivering exceptional room‑service experiences to guests. You will support the smooth operation of food and beverage service, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support and assist in the smooth running of room service, delivering guest food & beverage experiences to the highest standards.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties, completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction, responding promptly to enquiries and resolving problems.
• Support the food service department’s strategies and objectives, owning assigned areas of responsibility.
• Develop personal skills and knowledge within the food service department.
• Work with the Head of Department to maintain inventory, achieve productivity targets, and meet performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and best‑practice activities, preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• National academic qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in food & beverage service.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
