About the role
We are looking for a reliable Waiter to support the dining hall operations. The successful candidate will help prepare the restaurant before service, maintain cleanliness, and assist the captain waiter in serving guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in restaurant cleaning in the morning.
- Clean all service utensils before each service.
- Help the captain waiter with restaurant set‑up.
- Maintain a clean appearance and high personal hygiene.
- Assist in mise en place preparation.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
- Place food plates on guests’ tables under the captain waiter’s direction.
- Replace ashtrays and refill water glasses during service.
- Clear tables after meals and clean them.
- Carry dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
- Follow instructions from the captain waiter.
Required profile
- Ability to work under the guidance of a captain waiter.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Physical stamina to transport food and clear tables.
- Availability to work during service hours.
