About the role

A fast‑growing hospitality and Food & Beverage company is seeking a Waiter to deliver memorable dining experiences in Riyadh. The role involves serving food and beverages according to company standards, policies, and etiquette while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive, professional manner.
• Maintain grooming standards and present menus proactively.
• Keep detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu, daily specials, and beverage service, including appropriate glassware and garnishes.
• Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure smooth venue operations.
• Monitor and update financial, LQA, TrustYou and Forbes targets daily.
• Report guest feedback and any issues through the Glitch system.
• Adhere to HACCP, FIFO, and hotel evacuation policies.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow standard operating procedures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and FIFO standards.
• Familiarity with beverage service, including glass types and garnishes.
