About the role
Join our luxury hospitality team as a Waiter, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at our Red Sea resort. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring service excellence from seating to bill.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Take guest orders, communicate accurately with the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary information to answer guest queries.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Keep work areas tidy, restock supplies, and follow health and safety standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Saudi national, able to work full‑time on‑site.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) for extended periods.
