Waiter – Saudi Nationals Only

About the role

Join Tamayyaz’s hospitality training program as a waiter, serving guests in a hotel or restaurant environment. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and offers hands‑on experience through a blend of classroom learning and on‑the‑job training.

Key responsibilities

• Attend regular training sessions on guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, and up‑selling.
• Perform basic cleaning, polishing, table setting, and equipment handling as directed by the supervisor.
• Greet guests, present menus, take orders, process payments, and handle guest complaints according to guidelines.
• Maintain uniform appearance, personal hygiene, and a tidy work station throughout the shift.
• Report cleanliness, maintenance issues, and equipment failures to the appropriate departments.
• Participate in departmental briefings, training schemes, and assist in other hotel areas when needed.

Required profile

• Saudi national; fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Strong passion for the hospitality field and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team player who can work flexible rosters and adapt to different hotel areas.
• Understanding of fire, hygiene, health, and safety policies.
