Waiter/Waitress (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter or Waitress who speaks Arabic to join our hotel restaurant in Turaif. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service while creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance at all times.
• Provide personalized service by knowing guest preferences and updating profiles.
• Stay informed about the menu, daily specials, and beverage service details.
• Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure smooth venue operations.
• Keep service stations clean, stocked, and ready throughout service periods.
• Present menus proactively and serve food and drinks unobtrusively.
• Track daily financial, LQA, TrustYou and Forbes targets.
• Report guest feedback via the Glitch system and follow HACCP & FIFO standards.
• Participate in briefings, training, and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Assist with special projects or duties in other hotel departments as required.
