About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the food & beverage department, delivering service to the highest standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to departmental plans and objectives, helping the hotel achieve its targets.
• Assist with cost and inventory control, ensuring productivity and performance goals are met.
• Maintain effective relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks.
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a high‑excellence environment.
• Experience using IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
