About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress professionals to join its Food & Beverage team. You will deliver refined, personalised table service that reflects FAENA’s luxury standards and Forbes service expectations, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional, and personalised table service to all guests.
• Greet guests, present menus, and explain dishes, specials, and beverage offerings confidently.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to proper service etiquette and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean, properly set tables throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond efficiently to requests and special requirements.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and supervisory teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Operate POS systems accurately for order entry and billing.
• Support upselling initiatives by promoting menu items, beverages, and special experiences.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and food‑safety standards in dining areas and service stations.
• Assist with restaurant setup and closing procedures.
• Report guest concerns or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain FAENA grooming, presentation, and uniform standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel, fine‑dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold Forbes service standards.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming and uniform policies.

Required skills

• Proficient operation of POS (Point‑of‑Sale) systems.
