Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Resort Service

About the role

Join a world‑class resort in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service to guests seeking a nature‑focused luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service, present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and anticipate guest needs.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items promptly while maintaining unobtrusive service.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to the resort’s service standards.
• Support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Follow opening and closing checklists, keep service stations clean and organized.
• Assist in achieving daily financial targets and adhere to financial handling procedures.
• Maintain compliance with LQA, Forbes, HACCP, FIFO, and other quality benchmarks.
• Observe health, safety, and emergency protocols, reporting hazards as needed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, attend briefings and training, and uphold grooming standards.
• Participate in sustainability initiatives and perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Understanding of FIFO inventory management.
