Waitress

About the role

The Waitress will join the Food & Beverage team at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar, delivering courteous and professional service to hotel guests. This position focuses on creating a pleasant dining experience while supporting the overall guest satisfaction goals of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned dining areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at service stations.
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer basic inquiries about the dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar food‑and‑beverage environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
