Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated waitress to join our restaurant team on a full‑time basis. You will help prepare the dining area before service, keep it clean and organized, and support the captain waiter in delivering a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with morning restaurant cleaning and set‑up.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Support the captain waiter with mise en place preparation.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
• Place food plates on guests' tables under the captain waiter's guidance.
• Refresh ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.
• Clear tables after meals and clean them thoroughly.
• Carry dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a clean appearance at all times.
• Follow instructions from the captain waiter and work as part of the service team.

Required profile

• Willingness to work under the guidance of a captain waiter.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Presentable appearance and attention to personal grooming.
• Readiness to perform physical tasks such as transporting food and clearing tables.
