Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Indra Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support its logistics team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management for critical infrastructure projects in the defense and technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, issuance, and traceability of materials and spare parts.
• Support logistics activities including deliveries, shipments, and transportation coordination.
• Manage procurement logistics and follow up material deliveries with suppliers.
• Allocate, transfer, and hand over company equipment and assets.
• Monitor stock levels, identify replenishment needs, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, and warehouse best practices.
• Support audits and maintain documentation related to project assets and logistics.
• Implement and monitor environmental requirements for handling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, asset management or project coordination.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a multidisciplinary project environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
