Warehouse Operations Analyst – Saudi Nationals

About the role

SC Johnson is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations Analyst to support efficient and safe warehouse activities in Jeddah. The role focuses on accurate inventory management, material flow, and compliance with safety and quality standards within a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving materials and dispatching finished goods.
• Execute SAP transactions such as goods receipt, transfer postings, goods issue, and shipments.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, expiry dates, and slow‑moving items.
• Participate in cycle counts, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure FIFO compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Promote safe warehouse practices and oversee forklift operations.
• Maintain 5S standards and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably FMCG.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and safety‑first attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively across manufacturing, logistics, and planning functions.
• Reliability, discipline in execution, and continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) transaction processing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data‑handling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems.
