Warehouse Shift Supervisor

About the role

As a Warehouse Shift Supervisor you will lead all warehouse activities during your assigned shift, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, safety standards and delivering quality service to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule staff, delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure efficient material flow, track productivity KPIs and manage resources.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections and guarantee PPE compliance.
• Maintain quality standards, perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Document shift outcomes, communicate handovers and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher (technical degree preferred).
• 2‑5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and team‑motivation abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Decisive, adaptable and problem‑solving oriented.
