Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehousing activities, ensuring that all operations meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate stock levels, optimizing team performance, and supporting the continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational procedures to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and meet all SLAs.
• Set and monitor KPIs for the warehouse team, conducting annual performance reviews.
• Train and develop staff on customized logistics procedures, warehouse management system (WMS) usage, and DQMS processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to the WMS and maintain precise inventory records.
• Monitor compliance with HSSE, shipping, handling legislation, and corporate sustainability policies.
• Identify training needs, propose development plans, and coordinate with HR.
• Prevent loss or damage to goods, personnel, and facilities by enforcing standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, creative thinking, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
