Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our fulfillment operations and ensure that every customer order is processed safely, accurately, and on time. You will work closely with senior management to drive performance, manage shifts, and continuously improve warehouse efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality, safety standards and target turnaround times.
• Define, monitor and drive key warehouse KPIs to meet performance and cost objectives.
• Manage shift schedules and report KPI results to senior leadership.
• Leverage ERP functions to maximise output and operational efficiency.
• Train, guide and evaluate warehouse staff on ERP usage and best practices.
• Plan and assign daily work, addressing performance issues and boosting productivity on the floor.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and optimise processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to act as a business partner, providing decision support and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset and solid business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience developing project work plans and ensuring compliance with relevant stakeholders.
