Watersports Instructor – Red Sea Project

About the role

The Watersports Instructor will work across the Red Sea Project, supporting senior water‑sports management to activate tourism assets and deliver a world‑class water‑sports programme for all guests. This guest‑facing position ensures high‑quality service, safety and enjoyment throughout the water‑sports centre.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all activities comply with venue‑specific standard operating procedures and international regulations.
• Maintain and clean all water‑sports equipment and related assets.
• Promote water‑sports activities, including those outside the direct area of responsibility such as diving.
• Participate in regular review sessions with water‑sports centre management to report on day‑to‑day operations.
• Inspire guests to try new activities, progress through training and accreditation, and explore different water‑sports.
• Follow all functional policies, processes and SOPs to guarantee consistent, controlled work.
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely functional MIS statements.

Required profile

• Guest‑facing attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with hotel operators and the TRSP operations team.
• Support senior water‑sports management in daily operations.
• Commitment to delivering a high‑quality, safe water‑sports experience.

Required skills

• Water‑sports equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Knowledge of venue‑specific SOPs and international water‑sports regulations.
