Wealth Management Product Manager

About the role

Corebridge Financial is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of digital wealth management solutions. In this role you will define product vision, shape the end‑to‑end experience for retail wealth products and ensure alignment with client needs, market trends and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for retirement, investment and advisory digital tools.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover client needs and new opportunities.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, collaborating with compliance, legal, operations, marketing and technology teams.
• Monitor product performance, usage and profitability, driving continuous improvements to meet KPIs.
• Ensure all solutions comply with FINRA, SEC and local regulatory standards.
• Prepare training materials, product documentation and support go‑to‑market launch activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of product management experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and lead product delivery in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on regulatory compliance and client outcomes.
