Web3 Frontend Developer – On‑chain Trading Terminal

About the role

We are looking for a high‑ownership frontend engineer to build the client experience for a fast‑moving on‑chain trading terminal. The role focuses on latency‑sensitive trading surfaces across Solana and EVM, delivering real‑time UI for real transactions and real money.

Key responsibilities

• Own the frontend experience for trenches trading, perpetuals, and prediction markets on Solana and EVM.
• Design and implement latency‑sensitive features such as live data streams, order flow, fill‑quality UX, and transaction state handling.
• Unify wallet, signing, and approval flows across Solana and EVM into a coherent interface.
• Optimize browser performance using WebSockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI, reconnection strategies, and backpressure management.
• Measure and improve frontend performance metrics (p95 time‑to‑interactive, time‑to‑fill) and ensure production quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of frontend engineering experience with production‑grade Web3 or on‑chain products.
• Hands‑on experience building real‑time trading interfaces that handle real users and real money.
• Deep familiarity with on‑chain trading mechanics (fills, slippage, priority fees, execution quality).
• Proven ability to work autonomously, propose features without detailed specs, and deliver end‑to‑end.

Required skills

• Solana and EVM ecosystem development.
• WebSockets and RPC stream integration.
• Optimistic UI patterns, reconnection strategies, and backpressure management.
• Solana wallet adapters and embedded wallet solutions (e.g., Privy).
• JavaScript/TypeScript frontend development.
