Wedding Cake Artist

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail‑oriented Wedding Cake Artist to join Leylaty Group in Riyadh. The role focuses on designing and crafting elegant, custom wedding cakes that meet each client’s vision and the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create bespoke wedding cakes, using techniques such as fondant sculpting, hand‑painting, sugar flowers, edible lace, piping, airbrushing and tier stacking.
• Bake high‑quality cake layers, prepare fillings and frostings, and assemble multi‑tier cakes while ensuring structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow food‑safety standards, including sanitising tools and handling allergens.

Required profile

• Minimum 25 years of experience in wedding cake design or specialty cake decorating.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced cake‑decorating skills.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and passion for the art of cake design.
