Welder

About the role

Agility is hiring a full-time Welder in As Sulay to carry out welding and joining activities for various construction projects. The role covers all aspects of welding work, from preparation and execution to inspection and record keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and welding symbols
• Prepare materials and set up welding equipment
• Perform MIG, TIG and Stick welding
• Ensure weld quality meets specified standards
• Inspect work pieces and welds for defects and make adjustments
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean
• Collaborate with the team to finish projects on time and within specifications
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
• Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
