Wellsite Coordinator (Company Representative)

About the role

The Wellsite Coordinator, also known as the Company Representative or Company Man, oversees all wellsite activities on behalf of the operator in Saudi Arabia. This position ensures that drilling, completions, testing and workover operations are carried out safely, efficiently and in full compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all wellsite operations, including drilling, completions, testing and workovers.
• Act as the operator’s on‑site representative, ensuring alignment with company programs and procedures.
• Monitor safety performance and enforce HSE standards throughout the wellsite.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Communicate progress and issues to the operator’s headquarters and relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wellsite coordination or similar oil‑field roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Valid WAP certificate.
