Wheel Loader Operator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Wheel Loader Operator to work on‑site in Riyadh. The operator will handle wheel loaders to move, load and stockpile soil, sand, gravel and aggregates according to project requirements while supporting safe and efficient material handling.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑start equipment inspections and report any defects.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with basic equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Keep work areas organized and support other site activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating wheel loaders or similar heavy equipment in construction, mining or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of site safety, traffic management and safe material handling procedures.
• Ability to inspect equipment, recognize mechanical issues and report them promptly.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, signalers and site team members.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Valid heavy equipment operator licence or certification as required by local regulations in Riyadh.
• Willingness to follow company policies, schedules and quality standards with reliability and punctuality.
