Windows Support Engineer – Microsoft 365 & SharePoint

About the role

The Windows Support Engineer will deliver Level 2 support for Windows, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments, ensuring security compliance across user devices and managing cloud services for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Close security vulnerabilities and enforce cybersecurity requirements on user devices.
• Provide Level 2 support for Windows, Office 365, SharePoint and related applications (SAP, WebEx, Cisco Jabber, Kaspersky, GV Classification).
• Install security updates, upgrade Windows OS and Microsoft Office, and apply organizational policies.
• Perform backup activities for business‑critical devices.
• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 cloud services, including SharePoint administration and migrations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on SharePoint administration experience, including migrations and upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing SharePoint projects from planning through implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Active Directory user and group management.
• Networking concepts, security best practices and data encryption.
