Workplace Technology Associate

About the role

The Workplace Technology Associate ensures seamless IT support for Sephora stores and headquarters, handling hardware lifecycle, user onboarding/offboarding, and procurement while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote and on‑site support for end‑users across stores and HQ, including hardware renewal, replacement and upgrades.
• Manage onboarding of new employees, offboarding of leavers, and internal moves.
• Oversee procurement processes, supplier listings and indirect purchasing in line with Sephora policy.
• Maintain hardware stock availability, track inventory and handle shortage management.
• Coordinate with EME cyber‑security, external vendors and the EUX team to ensure compliance and service quality.
• Set up dashboards, monitor SLA/SLO metrics and apply penalties when required.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents using Workspace One, Ivanti and Microsoft tools, escalating complex cases to L3 teams.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and service‑oriented attitude.
• Rigorous adherence to IT policies, processes and LVMH/Sephora standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize technical issues and produce concise reports.
• Capability to negotiate with vendors and manage hardware procurement.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows operating system.
• iOS devices.
• Microsoft Group Policy (GPO) – scripting a plus.
• Device management tools such as Workspace One and Ivanti.
• Network fundamentals: DNS, IP addressing, basic routing and switching.
• Microsoft Office 365, Azure and Security suites.
• ITIL best practices.
