3D Mechanical Designer – Dammam

About the role

We are seeking a skilled 3D Mechanical Designer to join our engineering team in Dammam. The role involves creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings that meet engineering specifications and support manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and modify 3D mechanical models, assemblies and components using CAD software.
• Produce accurate 2D technical drawings, layouts and manufacturing documentation.
• Interpret engineering specifications to create functional and manufacturable designs.
• Review and validate designs for dimensions, tolerances and feasibility.
• Update existing designs and improve parts based on feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers, production and other departments to ensure design intent is met.
• Maintain organized CAD files, revision control and technical records.
• Support prototype development and troubleshoot design issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D mechanical design or a related field.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or Inventor.
• Strong understanding of mechanical components, assemblies and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and good problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant engineering diploma or degree preferred.
