AC Technician / HVAC Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AC Technician / HVAC Foreman to lead the assembly, installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment such as package units and air handling units. The role combines hands‑on technical work with team supervision to ensure quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and perform mechanical assembly of HVAC equipment, including compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, fans, motors and associated piping.
• Execute copper refrigerant piping, brazing, nitrogen purging, pressure and leak testing, and refrigerant charging according to approved procedures.
• Assist with installation and verification of electrical controls, VFDs, thermostats, sensors and control panels; perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Conduct functional testing, verify airflow, temperature, pressure, vibration, noise and electrical parameters, and support factory acceptance testing.
• Allocate daily work, monitor productivity, ensure safety compliance and train junior technicians.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Stores and Planning departments.

Required profile

• ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning, HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Experience in HVAC equipment manufacturing or assembly is strongly preferred.
