About the role

The Access Control / Escort position ensures the security of cleared customer facilities at Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia. You will monitor entry points, escort personnel, and maintain situational awareness to support a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor access to customer facilities in line with site security procedures.
• Escort personnel and visitors within cleared areas as required.
• Observe and report any unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activity.
• Maintain constant visual awareness of assigned zones from a moderate distance.
• Provide professional customer service to employees and project personnel.
• Deliver clear verbal briefings and written incident reports.
• Follow all site‑specific policies, post orders, and safety requirements.
• Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions and support shift coverage, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnights.

Required profile

• Active Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Ability to work on‑site at a cleared location.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Visual acuity sufficient to observe activities from a moderate distance.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment screenings (background check, MVR, drug screen).
• Compliance with company drug and alcohol policy.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. by the start date.
