Accommodation Assistant Manager – Saudi National Talent

About the role

The Accommodation Assistant Manager (Saudi National Talent) will support the Red Sea Global Management team in delivering seamless accommodation services at Jumeirah The Red Sea. This role ensures operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Red Sea Global Management in overseeing daily accommodation operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Support room allocation and manage occupancy records, including check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Monitor and validate cleanliness, hygiene and overall condition of accommodation facilities delivered by the third‑party provider.
• Coordinate with the third‑party accommodation provider to ensure housekeeping, maintenance and support services meet agreed standards.
• Ensure compliance of the third‑party provider with company policies, safety regulations and health standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between Jumeirah and the third‑party accommodation provider.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management or Human Resources Management (or international equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent (preferred).
• 5‑8 years of experience in a similar accommodation or hotel operations role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
