Account Driver – IFS

About the role

We are seeking an Account Driver to join our Riyadh office, partnering with the Global Relationship Partner and account team to deliver a unified One Firm strategy for our key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver the annual Client Planning Workshop and execute the full account plan, including relationship mapping, pipeline, investment, and marketing plans.
• Coordinate account‑team meetings, drive actions, and maintain communication tools.
• Cascade relevant thought‑leadership topics to the account team and target stakeholders.
• Embed Salesforce usage to track opportunity pipelines and meeting activity.
• Coach teams on the Pursuit methodology for priority proposals and promote best practices in opportunity management.
• Implement systematic client‑satisfaction evaluations for high‑value engagements.
• Support negotiation of client MSAs/rate cards and advise on engagement compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the client’s procurement function, discussing pipeline and project status.
• Challenge and coach stakeholders to view situations from the client’s perspective.
• Build relationships beyond procurement to uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Advise account and engagement teams on commercial structure, risk, and pricing decisions.

Required profile

• Graduate calibre with a proven track record in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably within professional services.
• KSA national required.
• Strong business understanding and broad knowledge of the firm’s cross‑line‑of‑service offerings.
• High commercial awareness.
• Experience executing account strategies and implementing account‑management processes.
