Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will drive B2B sales by identifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle. You will act as the primary point of contact for online and telephone customers, ensuring a seamless experience from quotation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Attract and engage potential customers by recommending customized products and services.
• Conduct outbound telephone outreach to promote offerings and answer detailed product questions.
• Provide end‑to‑end support for online customers, handling orders, quotations, deliveries, and related inquiries.
• Guide technically‑savvy clients in using the enterprise customer portal for ordering, re‑ordering, and online payments.
• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships, consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Manage online accounts and resolve sales‑order related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven telephone sales experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and best practices.
