Account Executive

About the role

As an Account Executive at WonderEight, you will join the client service team and support the Account Manager in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute accurate meeting summaries, weekly status reports and other client‑management documents.
• Assist in creating integrated marketing and advertising plans aligned with client objectives, target audiences and budgets.
• Coordinate project timelines, monitor deliverables and ensure seamless execution across creative, strategy and production teams.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client concerns and resolving issues.
• Traffic creative resources, verify adherence to brand guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Research and compile data for client presentations, proposals and performance reports.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate insights and recommend optimisation actions.
• Document client interactions, agreements and project details accurately.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in digital marketing or client servicing.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Self‑motivated, proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
• Residency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
