Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Account Executive to manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales and account performance reports.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and issues professionally and in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
