About the role
As an Account Lead within the Fintech Team at HTS, you will drive the success of fintech solutions for airline partners across the Middle East. Working remotely from Saudi Arabia, you will act as the bridge between airline stakeholders and internal product, engineering and marketing teams to launch, optimise and grow ancillary revenue products.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with airline partners, understanding their fintech needs and challenges.
- Lead product development and launch of new fintech solutions, aligning product vision with partner goals.
- Optimize existing fintech products to maximise ancillary revenue and meet evolving business requirements.
- Oversee product implementations, including project management, documentation, user‑acceptance testing and issue triage.
- Analyse product performance data, gather customer feedback and make data‑driven decisions to improve offerings.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing and customer‑success teams.
- Monitor market trends in fintech and travel to identify innovation opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience managing and growing strategic partnerships, preferably in the airline or travel sector.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English, capable of communicating with Middle‑East and North‑America partners.
- Analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
- Creative and strategic thinker with solid project‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Experience prototyping or coding with AI large‑language‑model tools such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT.
