Account Lead – Fintech Ancillaries (Remote, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

As an Account Lead within the Fintech Team at HTS, you will drive the success of fintech solutions for airline partners across the Middle East. Working remotely from Saudi Arabia, you will blend strategy, product development, and partnership management to launch new products, optimise existing ones, and create new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with airline stakeholders, understanding their fintech needs and challenges.
• Lead the development and launch of new fintech products, aligning vision with partner goals.
• Optimize and grow existing fintech solutions to maximise ancillary revenue.
• Oversee product implementations, including project management, documentation, user‑acceptance testing and issue triage.
• Leverage data and analytical tools to monitor performance, gather feedback and make data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, design, marketing and customer‑success teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Stay informed on fintech and travel industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.

• Creative and strategic thinking to spot new fintech and travel opportunities.
• Robust project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Familiarity with airline operations, revenue streams, or prior airline industry experience is a plus.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English to communicate with ME and NA partners.

Required skills

• Experience prototyping or coding workflows using LLM tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
